We are a small practice based in Oxfordshire.

We create beautiful spaces that enhance the wellbeing and day-to-day lives of the people who use them. With sustainability at the centre of our contemporary design process we are often inspired by traditional materials, techniques, or expressions. Our projects range from bespoke new-builds, retrofits, and the renovation of period houses and we use a fabric-first approach, incorporating energy-efficient principles.

We work on residential projects, believing strongly in engaging clients and users in the process of making decisions about the built environment around them, and the places where they live.
